11:00 Pick up from your location   11:15 Arrive Sandvík the northernmost village of the island known as "Sandy Bay" where we will guide our guests to one of the Faroe Islands' Natural Wonders Rituskor and Ásmundarstakk. Ásmundarstakkur is a towering sea stack off the west coast of Sandvík. Surrounded by vertical cliffs and high mountains up to 350 meters tall, Ásmundarstakkur is a sight to behold. The hike to Rituskor, a nearby bird cliff, is truly unique. Crossing the bridge over the chasm between the two cliffs is an unforgettable experience, and the views from Rituskor are simply breathtaking. The scenery in Rituskor is peaceful, beautiful, and awe-inspiring. This hike is a must-do for anyone visiting Suðuroy. During the hike, ARA Tours will provide a lunch box, with water or a beer.   13:30 Depart from Sandvik and continue the tour to the southernmost part of Suðuroy, where we will visit two of the island's most iconic landmarks: Akraberg Lighthouse and Beinisvørð. Akraberg Lighthouse is the southernmost point of Suðuroy and offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding coastline. The lighthouse was built in 1909 and is still in operation today. Beinisvørð is the second-highest sea cliff in the Faroe Islands, at 469 meters. It is a popular spot for birdwatching, as it is home to a variety of seabirds, including puffins and guillemots.   16:30 We will serve a home made dinner, where fish is the main element, followed by a rhubarb desert and coffee.   18:00 End of tour and drop of at place of stay

Marvel at the awe-inspiring columnar basalt cliffs that frame this picturesque landscape. This is a true hidden gem, easily accessible and perfect for exploring before the crowds arrive. Our adventure continues to the southern tip of the island at Akraberg. From there, we'll ascend to the breathtaking clifftops of Beinisvørð, once a thriving Viking settlement. Afterward, we'll head to Tvøroyri for a delicious dinner at 19:00 PM. The hike to Hvannhagi is relatively easy and suitable for most people, offering a rewarding outdoor experience. The new Sherpa stairs make the steep descent from "Grindin" much safer and easier. We will be walking on the stairs on our way to Hvannhagi, and you will be amazed by the construction performed by the Nepalese experts.
